Policy of Cancellation HOTEL ROOMS

Reservations cancelled 45 days before the arrival date won’t incur in any penalty and the account will be refunded to the guest.
Reservations cancelled during the period between 44 days and 8 days prior to arrival date 30% of the entire stay will be charged as penalty. Reservations cancelled during the period between 7 days and 1 days prior to arrival date 50% of the entire stay will be charged as penalty.
Failure to arrive the entire stay will be credited – 100%.
In the case of early departure, for any motivation, the entire stay will have to be paid.

Reservations cancelled during the period between 44 days and 8 days prior to arrival date 50% of the entire stay will be charged as penalty. Reservations cancelled during the period between 7 days and 1 days prior to arrival date 70% of the entire stay will be charged as penalty.
