Confirmation policy

• Booking confirmation must be sent by email;
• The reservation is confirmed only once deposit and / or guests’ credit card details have been received and confirmed to the guest (based on the rates conditions set out at the time of reservation). Conditions may change in case of special offers or promotions;
• For stays up to 9 nights we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount to be paid within 15 days before the scheduled arrival date;
• For longer stays, equal to or greater than 10 nights, (even in case of shorter stays but more rooms where the sum exceeds 10 nights) a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total amount needs to be paid at the booking time. Another 50% not refundable deposit of the total amount has to be paid within 60 days before arrival. In case of reservations made less than 60 days before the scheduled date of arrival, a non-refundable deposit equal to 80% of the total amount of the stay is required at the booking time.

Payment by credit card

We accept the following credit cards: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD.
At the moment of reservation, the following data will be requested: credit card holder name, credit card type, credit card number, credit card expiry date.

Cancellation policies

For stays up to 9 nights:

• For cancellations within 16 days before arrival no penalty will be applied;
• For cancellations between 15 and 4 days before arrival the 50% of the total will be withheld;
• For cancellations or reservation modifications (i.e request for reduction of number of nights) from 3 days before arrival and in case of no show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged;

For longer stays, equal to or greater than 10 nights, (even in case of shorter stays but more rooms where the sum exceeds 10 nights):

• For cancellations after booking and within 60 days before arrival the 30% deposit received at the moment of booking will be held as penalty;
• For cancellations from 59 to 8 days before arrival the 80% deposit received will be held as penalty;
• For cancellations from 7 days before arrival and in case of no show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged;
• Partial cancellations or modifies (i.e request for reduction of number of nights or rooms) are possible within 60 days before arrival, afterwards 100% of the rooms/nights confirmed will be charged.
• In case of early departure, the entire stay (100%) will be charged

Force majeure

In case of force majeure related to the impossibility of traveling to / from Italy due to legislative restrictions promulgated by the country of origin or by the Italian government or in the event of delay in the hotel opening and due to restrictions or limitations related by COVID-19 Italian decrees, or safety and security measures for guests and employees, the full amount of the stay, including any deposits already paid, will be refunded without penalty.

Early booking - Not refundable rates

Reservations with non-refundable rates are subject to a non-refundable total prepayment and in case of cancellation or early departure can not be refundable, except in case of application of force majeure cases.

Early Departures

In case of early departure, for any reason, the entire stay (100%) will be charged except in case of application of force majeure cases.

Invoices request

If you need an invoice instead of a simple receipt please let us know it in advance providing all your personal data such as company name, address and the VAT number. Without these details a simple receipt will be issued as soon as we will charge the deposit.
