Booking-information
- Booking confirmation must be sent by email;
- The reservation is confirmed only once deposit and / or guests’ credit card details have been received and confirmed to the guest (based on the rates conditions set out at the time of reservation). Conditions may change in case of special offers or promotions;
- For stays up to 9 nights we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount to be paid within 15 days before the scheduled arrival date;
- For longer stays, equal to or greater than 10 nights, (even in case of shorter stays but more rooms where the sum exceeds 10 nights) a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total amount needs to be paid at the booking time. Another 50% not refundable deposit of the total amount has to be paid within 60 days before arrival. In case of reservations made less than 60 days before the scheduled date of arrival, a non-refundable deposit equal to 80% of the total amount of the stay is required at the booking time.
