This is why Tuscan cuisine is always present at Larossa restaurant, and the menu changes in harmony with the seasons and the availability of local ingredients.

It is not only the quality of the raw materials that makes the difference, because Larossa's ethos is a hymn to sustainability and short supply chain, and many dishes could tell the story of a very short journey: the one taken by the ingredients as they travel the few meters that separate the Locanda's vegetable garden from the restaurant's kitchen.

The wine list also reflects the love for our land with a selection of the best Italian labels, and a focus on wines from the Maremma and Tuscany.
