TREATMENTS & YOGA
A combination of various techniques, including Ortho-Bionomy and connective tissue reflex massage which will relieve aches and pains, support body alignment, stimulate the subcutaneous tissue which connects, supports and feeds the muscles and organs in our bodies, relaxes muscle tissue leading to the release of toxins and improved blood and oxygen circulation.
This technique involves pressure and massaging of specific areas of the feet, bringing benefits to other areas of the body which may be suffering for various reasons (e.g. back, cervical vertebrae, intestines, ovaries, nervous system).
Massaging these areas stimulates the body to cure itself, on a physical, emotional and mental level.
Techniques using pressure, gentle stretching and deep contact to relieve tension and stress, allowing you to feel your body, fully experience your emotions and connect with your deepest aspirations.
A massage using glass cups over the whole body, focusing particularly on the muscle-tendon meridians. This is a method used in traditional Chinese medicine.
The message will result in deep drainage and a rebalancing of the internal organs.
A combination of breathing techniques, physical poses and meditative techniques aimed at improving flexibility and posture, maximizing strength and stimulating concentration, promoting active relaxation.
Our walking/jogging/slow running session is aimed at improving psychological-physical wellbeing. You can choose between walking at a brisk, steady pace or a nice slow run.
The results will be an increase in cardiac rhythm and breathing, stimulation of the metabolism, toned muscles and the production of mood-enhancing endorphins.
Balanced and wholesome food, prepared using healthy methods which preserve nutritional values: seasonal fruits, fish, cereals, legumes, raw and cooked seasonal vegetables prepared with a little salt and some seasoning, without butter, prepared so their nutritive properties are preserved. The diet is designed to induce deep tissue purification, balancing functions and alkalizing the body.
